2. Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our standard shipping rate is $15, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days after your order is processed.

7. Do you offer any warranty on your products? Yes, all FUGAS shower heads are backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with the finish or functionality within that period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Just contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions.
